In just weeks after joining Dunsborough Crossfit South West 6381, I went from a 90lb string bean weakling getting sand kicked in his face on the beach by the big "cool kids", while their mean girl girlfriends all laughed, to 3 time winner of Mr Universe! Okay, not really, but I did add 5kg to my back squat PB after a few months, so that's alright:)-Russ
I highly enjoy training at Crossfit with CFSW, it's completely changed my life for the best and something that I think about pretty much all day. The support and mentorship that comes from the owners and our coach Emily, is way above and beyond just a job for them. It's their lives too and a passion we all share.
