A big shout out to Sales Exec Vincent Marruffo of Acton Dunsborough recently who helped me out recently with an offer & acceptance on a Perth property. While spending a weekend in the south west I had to urgently accept an offer on my property which involved printing, signing & scanning back the O & E. After trying the Tourist Bureau (yeah big help, not !!) no internet cafes open and staying in a holiday let at Prevelly, I reached out to Acton and asked for help.
