We really enjoyed this Hostel! Sunrise was UNREAL! What a great location, cute house and very open set-up, great for meeting people. I wish we had had more time to actually enjoy it all! My partner and I stayed in their double room. Decent size, comfortable bed, big window offered lots of natural light, but the big tree in front made it feel private. If you're in a share room, I'd recommend asking for one of the bunk rooms on the 2nd floor that has a window overlooking the beach. That would have been nice.I lost my bathing suit bottoms while there, and the hosts were wonderful at locating them and holding onto them until a local friend could pick them up.
Beach volleyball place.. nice beach and for party outside at night there is THE SHED.. beautiful place!! Some also call it their happy place.. but might also be dependant on the people you run into staying at the place..
After meeting friends staying at the hostel, we played volleyball when the elderly staff member/manager stormed over shouting "no visitors after six". I was not aware of this rule but I think his approach was completely unacceptable and he should maybe seek training in the hospitality sector!
