I couldn't be happier, my hard drive died while visiting Dunsborough & due to my short time in the area there wasn't time to recover my files before I returned home, I left my laptop there & with some patience my photos were recovered which was amazing considering the hard drive damage, they were then put on a device of my choosing & posted to me, nothing was too much trouble, I had input every step of the way, I highly recommend the entire team for all your computer needs, good old-fashioned customer service
