Unfortunately totally unhelpful. There was no 0 so 1 star it shall have to be. We arrived there 50 mins before the official closing time with a mountain bike that had a broken chain on Australia Day. The front door was looked but there was a guy inside so we went around the back to ask if he would please sell us a chain. He told us no , hes closed. I asked if he could hire us a mountain bike so that all our plans would not be spoilt over the long weekend. He said no, hes not doing anything, hes closed . Having now driven into Busselton and found an amazingly helpful bike shop , I would never go back to the BS (- aptly named) Bike Shed in Dunsborough.
Excellent shop, really helpful and honest staff - they went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed from my visit. Great array of tools in the workshop too. Special mention to Lee, who cleaned my bike so well it might have been new again :)

Wonderful friendly staff whom give honest advice. Were able to find time to replace my handle bars and fix drive train issues on the spot the day before the Cape 2 Cape MTB race at a great value rate after a crash.
My fixie (cheap pub bike from Reid Cycles) )got a flat riding to Busselton and I damaged the 3-speed rear hub changing my tyre on the side of the road. These guys sorted it for me same day at a ridiculously cheap cost of $22.50. Highly recommend their services. No BS, just good old fashioned service and advice.
