Got nails done on Thursday for wedding on Saturday. They didn't last 2 days. started pealing off in just 2 days. Extreamly annoyed as they were super expensive. When i confronted the owner on how much she was charging me at the time she kept saying 'this isn't some asian chop house'. Racist much?
I went to have my eyebrows done here and they have never been done so badly. I asked to have them left thick and just a tidy up, I walked out with thin eyebrows and completely uneven (different distance from middle, different thickness etc.). When i looked in the mirror and realised how terrible they are I went back to have them fixed. The lady told me it was my fault multiple times, made many excuses and was extremely grumpy I had come back. She was so rough fixing them to the point I thought I may have bruises and never offered a refund. Completely unprofessional and extremely upset with their service.
The most expensive shape and polish I have ever had. Nail polish did not set after 3hrs!! And had to be removed due to bubbles and smudging. The nail polish was far to thick, stringy and gluggy, the beautician spent more time trying to get the colour out of the bottle instead of just replacing it with a new one. Not what you would expect having just paid $45.
Awesome. Booked in for wedding nails. Needed toe nails polished with last minute notice. Not a problem. Asked before leaving if she could fix my botched eyebrows from another beautician and I walked out so happy, my brows have never looked so good. Thank you soo much xx
Just had my nails done. Staff very friendly however nails filed to all different lengths and shapes.Nail polish hasn't set after two hours of application and now needs to be removed altogether due to smudhing.
